If you require custom services or development resources described above, such costs are billed separately, as determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope and complexity of your requirements. Onboarding and Training Support:

If you need help setting up your account and train your team to use Sperse, we can offer an optional one-time onboarding, migration and training support at a starting fee of $495, which includes up to 10 hours of support from an account manager. Additional technical support can be requested on an hourly basis.
